Google’s “Performance Honors” celebrates local agency heroes in Malaysia for creative and impactful work in Search ad campaigns

Last night Google celebrated creativity and best practices in the area of Search ad campaigns at an awards ceremony designed to shine a spotlight on interesting Search campaigns run on Google during 2017. This is the first “Performance Honors” that have been awarded in Asia-Pacific, and is a culmination of a series of Performance Guru workshops that Google ran for their agency partners over the last four months.

Consumers are turning to Search across critical micro-moments multiple times a day to get things done. For instance, according to one of our latest research studies, 76% of baby care consumers conduct research before buying a product, and 61% of them turn to Search. Search ads help millions of businesses worldwide connect with consumers in these moments, but none of that would be possible without a well-managed campaign. Practitioners and planners are working hard behind the scenes to create the best possible campaigns for their clients. Creating and running AdWords campaigns is often carried out by agencies, so this award is designed to recognize and celebrate their incredibly important work. We hope it inspires others to follow their example.

Here is the full list of awards and winners:
