Exabytes Partners with Freshworks to Power SMEs with Innovative Customer Engagement Tools

Exabytes Network and US-headquartered Freshworks Inc., the customer engagement software company, today announced a partnership to help small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) win customers and grow their business. Through this partnership, Exabytes will offer a suite of innovative customer engagement software from Freshworks together with a host of its existing solutions including web hosting, email and digital marketing, as a one-stop solution provider of cloud-based services for SMEs.

  • Freshsales—CRM solution and sales system for high-velocity sales teams; and,
  • Freshmarketer—all-in-one conversion optimization suite.
