The Nomad Group Bhd, an integrated provider of serviced offices, hotels and serviced residences, is looking at growing its serviced office space by 30 per cent this year from 200,000 sq ft now.
Apart from Malaysia, the group has serviced offices in Singapore, Jakarta, Manila, Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City.
Its chief executive officer, Roy George, said the group was currently identifying potential areas for the new serviced offices here as well as in regional cities where it has a presence now.
“We are quite optimistic this year despite the external uncertainties. I think the environment is conducive for us to grow,” he told reporters after the signing ceremony with Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific Malaysia Operation here Wednesday.
George said as talks on the matter were still premature, the result would only be known by end-March.
